Our Team’s involvement will assist to reduce the stress created by an adverse event. We will coordinate communication between the Insurer and all the various parties from assessors to repairers to claims investigation specialists.

Liability Claims including Performsure and Eventsure

For Urgent Claims please contact 1300 655 424.
You will need to complete a Liability Claim Form and return to our office along with any supporting paperwork such as third party demands you have received.
Please note do make any offer of settlement or admit fault, as this may prejudice your Insurer’s rights under the policy and void your claim.
Depending on the nature of the claim, the Insurer may appoint a Loss Adjustor to make further inquiries and obtain information.
Property Claims including Gearsure

You will need to complete a Property Claim Form and return to our office, along with any supporting paperwork.
Depending on the nature of the claim the Insurer may also request you provide:
- Replacement quotes
- Repair quotes
- Proof of Ownership such as purchase receipts/invoices or photos of the item/s
- Police Report number.
It is a condition of the policy that theft be reported to the police within 48 hours.
Corporate Travel Claims
